We are excited to launch a kick-boxing and fitness class this week. The Kick-boxing and fitness class is taught by my Kick-boxing coach, Ray Rodriguez. Ray is a fun-loving coach who is able to find the right balance between technical components, fun and a killer workout.

Classes offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm – 7pm in the downstairs room under the dojo floor.
