Self-Defense with Mom

It sure was fun working with the moms and their kids at the "Self-Defense with Mom Workshop." I hope everyone had a good time while learning how to stay safe.

2007 Beach Training in Santa Cruz

Mark your calendars for the U.S.A.M.A. annual beach training in Santa Cruz on Saturday, July 14th. This is a great family event. Students begin training at 8:30 am sharp. Afterwards, stay and play with us on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk!
